Nature of Services

4S Finserv is a loan facilitator (DSA — Direct Selling Agent). We connect borrowers with RBI-regulated banks and NBFCs. We do not lend money, guarantee loan approval, or set interest rates. All lending decisions are at the sole discretion of the partner lender.

No Upfront Fee

4S Finserv does not charge borrowers any upfront fee at any stage of the facilitation process.

Interest Rate Disclaimer

Rates shown on this website are indicative and subject to change without notice. Actual rates offered will depend on the lender’s assessment of your creditworthiness and the applicable policies at the time of application.

Limitation of Liability

4S Finserv is not liable for any loss arising from loan decisions made by partner lenders, or from reliance on indicative rates displayed on this site.
